We do not offer any cancellation once an order has been placed with us.

Refund

We do not offer refund, or returns for purchased products.

However, if you receive a damaged product, we are happy to offer a replacement, or exchange. Please refer below for our exchange policy.

Replacement & Exchange

If you receive a damaged product, you are eligible for a replacement, or exchange; but not a refund.

To be eligible for a replacement or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Please inspect your product upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

To start a return, kindly contact us at support@wearsaanjh.com within 2 days of receiving the product. You must attach an image of the defective item, along with the unboxing video.

Once we have reviewed your email, we will inform you of the status of your request. Kindly allow for 2-3 business days for us to review and respond to your email.

If your request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

While we will do our best to replace the item, in some cases, depending on its availability in our stock or other reasons, we might offer you an exchange of same value or higher. If you select an item of higher value, you must pay the difference. In any case, we do not offer refunds.
