We ship pan India.

Charges

Saanjh offers FREE shipping on orders above ₹4,000. For order below ₹4,000, we charge a nominal shipping fee of ₹100 (prepaid) / ₹150 (COD).

Time

Processing time

We generally ship your order within 1-2 business days of receiving the full payment for your order. Please note that public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, may impact processing times.

Delivery time

After shipping, our delivery partner(s) can take between 4-7 business days to deliver your order depending on your location.  Please note that public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, may impact delivery times. If you have not received your order within 7 business days, kindly contact us.

Metros: Please allow 4 to 6 working days for the courier to be delivered

Non-Metros and Interiors: Please allow 5 to 10 working days for the courier to be delivered.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking details.

While it is best to track the shipment directly with our delivery partner for latest updates, we are happy to help you track it. Kindly contact us if required.

Delivery Partner

Our preferred delivery partners are DTDC and BlueDart. However, we reserve the right to use any other delivery partner as per our business requirements at any time.

Multiple shipments

Sometimes, your order may be split into multiple shipments based on item availability, or our warehouse locations. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment, but there will be no additional shipping charges.

We do not offer international shipping.
